How do I register or arrange a consultation?
Start at the hospital reception. The team registers your details, adds previous reports and helps assign a doctor from the relevant department. Appointments are managed by reception; this website does not offer self-booking.
How do I get access to my patient portal?
Ask reception to arrange a verified portal account linked to your patient record. Once you have your CarePlus sign-in details, use Patient sign in. There is no public self-registration.
What can I see after signing in?
Your linked patient record includes hospital history, treating doctors, prescribed medication, released reports, discharge guidance and billing documents recorded in CarePlus. Reports appear after the required review and release.
What happens when I am ready for discharge?
Reception can raise a discharge request. Your treating doctor reviews it and provides the discharge report and medication advice. The hospital team completes discharge and billing before you leave.
Can a family member access my records?
A family member may accompany you, but portal access is linked to your verified account. Separate caregiver or proxy accounts are not currently supported. Ask the hospital team about sharing information with your family.
